Thank you for choosing Jade’s Cleaning. By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Jade’s Cleaning.

1.2 By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Any changes or special

arrangements must be agreed to in writing.

 

2. Services Provided

 

2.1 We provide domestic and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Vacuuming and floor care

• Dusting and surface cleaning

• Kitchen and bathroom sanitisation

• General tidying and waste disposal

 

2.2 Additional services (e.g., deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, oven or appliance cleaning)

must be pre-arranged and may incur extra charges.

 

3. Hygiene and Safety Exclusions

 

To ensure the safety of our staff and maintain hygiene standards:

 

3.1 Jade’s Cleaning does not handle or dispose of the following items under any

circumstances:

• Animal feces, urine, or soiled litter trays – we do not clean or dispose of pet waste.

• Hazardous or biohazardous waste, including bodily fluids, medical sharps, or any unsanitary

waste.

 

3.2 We will dispose of used nappies and incontinence products only if they are securely

sealed in appropriate bags before our team arrives.

Unbagged or improperly sealed items will not be removed, and we reserve the right to refuse

service in such cases.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible working environment, including

operational utilities (electricity, water, etc.).

4.2 You agree to:

• Secure valuables, fragile items, and any sensitive materials

• Properly seal nappies and incontinence products in disposable bags if you wish for them to

be removed

• Inform us of any potential hazards or access limitations

 

5. Pets and Animals

 

5.1 We are pet-friendly, but:

• Pets must be safely secured if they may pose a risk or disrupt the service

• We do not clean up pet waste, including feces, urine, or soiled cages/litter boxes

 

6. Cancellations and Access

 

6.1 Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Late cancellations may incur a fee.

6.2 If our team is unable to gain access to the property at the agreed time, a call-out charge

may apply.

 

7. Payments and Charges

 

7.1 Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments online via stripe. We also accept PayPal and Klarna. 

7.3 Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

 

8. Liability and Insurance

 

8.1 Jade’s Cleaning holds appropriate public liability insurance.

8.2 We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Wear and tear

• Items not safely secured or disclosed

 

9. Termination of Service

 

9.1 Either party may terminate services with notice.

9.2 We reserve the right to immediately cease services if:

• Our staff are subject to unsafe, unsanitary, or abusive environments

• The client breaches these Terms and Conditions

 

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

 

10.1 Client information is treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of service

delivery.

10.2 We comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

 

11. Amendments

 

11.1 Jade’s Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be published and deemed accepted upon continued use of our services.

 

By booking a service with Jade’s Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,

and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
